Very impressed with the door and shipping! They only complaint never could get my 10 percent discount. Even called and they said they would send me a code but nothing.
When ordering through the website, it asks for your threshold and frame size on the door. Does not make it clear what size threshold fits the framing that is in the field. If you have a 2x6 base plate on your framing, you need to upsize your threshold to a 1x8 to give yourself enough clearance on the outside of the door for your exterior veneer to finish against it. Was asked to send pictures in to technical and did not hear back. Also, when installing the door paint chipped off very easily. Having to find a way to repaint almost the whole entire door now due to three small chipping areas.
